How do I request a commission withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed from your affiliate wallet. Submit a withdrawal request and funds are typically released within 3–5 business days.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of successful payment and are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Requests are not accepted after the 24-hour window.
